TurboRoll Pi and Px

It is a Roll-up motion door.

This model is specially designed for a clean room use (e.g. Pharmaceutical or Food industry)

We offer 2 types of doors:

Standard (Pi):

In standard this door has a modular construction and is made in stainless steel.

Door is equiped with:

- Reinforced sealing curtain to give the pressure seal using 900 gms coated fabric.

- Low noise 55 kW motor giving 600 mm per second speed;

- 2 photocell protection beams;

- safety edge on all doors over 2500 mm wide.

High Specification Pharmaceutical Door (Px)

This door has a new design modular light construction and is made in Polymirror Material or Stainless steel 304L.

Door is equiped with:

- Curtain made of 600gr/m² polyester fabric category M3 PVC-coated on both sides with stiffeners in composite material

- Reinforced sealing

- 55 kW motor giving 500 mm per second speed;

- 2 photocell protection beams;

- Safety edge on all doors over 2500 mm wide;

- Ratchet key for emergency opening
