Our service engineers are equipped with the expertise and in most cases the components to attend your site and at minimum gain security and make your door safe.

If they can repair your equipment on the spot they will and at the same time carry out a service on the equipment to make sure there are no further problems.

If the damage caused to your equipment requires new parts they have the knowledge to survey the door providing a detailed report for our service department to provide a written quotation. Most damaged equipment can then be repaired fully within a few days.
