THANK YOU LETTER
We were pleased to recieve a letter this month from one of our customers.
Alfred McAlpine building maintenance company Carillion Plc, kindly sent a letter stating that their annual insurance inspection carried out by an independant assessor had noted that the doors on one of the local RAF bases showed a tremendous improvement in the standard of work from his previous visit. Caydor have an annual Maintenance Contract to service over 300 doors twice each year.
Because of its importance as a front line base, RAF Coningsby has an important role to play in the defence of this country. It is therefore important that access and security are maintained on their wide range of doors and that repairs are carried out as quickly as possible when damage occurs.
Work on a number of other RAF and Army bases are carried out by Caydor Service department.
Each door has an individual worksheet on which is recorded all work carried out, work required and details of the product. The information is relayed to the customer as well as a copy which is archived on the Caydor Customer product database. Records are kept of all work carried out on each product so that information can be accessed at any time in the future should recurring problems need investigation.
A report can be generated on the information and sent to the customer should he need confirmation on any work carried out previously.
