It is a Roll-up motion door.
This model is specially designed for a clean room use (e.g. Pharmaceutical or Food industry)
We offer 2 types of doors:
Standard Pi:
In standard this door has a modular construction and is made in stainless steel.
Door is equiped with:
- Reinforced sealing curtain to give the pressure seal using 900 gms coated fabric.
- Low noise 55 kW motor giving 600 mm per second speed;
- 2 photocell protection beams;
- safety edge on all doors over 2500 mm wide.
High Specification Pharmaceutical Door Px:
This door has a new design modular light construction and is made in Polymirror Material or Stainless steel 304L.
Door is equipped with:
- Curtain made of 600gr/m² polyester fabric category M3 PVC-coated on both sides with stiffeners in composite material
- Reinforced sealing
- 55 kW motor giving 500 mm per second speed;
- 2 photocell protection beams;
- Safety edge on all doors over 2500 mm wide;
- Ratchet key for emergency opening
Caydor Flip Flap Doors
A double action door manufactured from high density 15mm polyethylene mounted in a circular stainless steel spine which encapsulates the heavy duty spring mechanism. Can be electrically operated if required. Models available with gravity hinge and with double action hinge mechanisms. Choice of colours. Vision options.
