High Specification Pharmaceutical Door Px:

This door has a new design modular light construction and is made in Polymirror Material or Stainless steel 304L.
Door is equipped with:
- Curtain made of 600gr/m² polyester fabric category M3 PVC-coated on both sides with stiffeners in composite material
- Reinforced sealing
- 55 kW motor giving 500 mm per second speed;
- 2 photocell protection beams;
- Safety edge on all doors over 2500 mm wide;
- Ratchet key for emergency opening

Standard TurboRoll Pi

Again, a Roll-up motion door of self-supoporting structure.
This model is specially designed for a clean room use (e.g. Pharmaceutical or Food industry)

Standard Pi:
In standard this door has a modular construction and is made in stainless steel.
Door is equipped with:
- Reinforced sealing curtain to give the pressure seal using 900 gms coated fabric.
- Low noise 55 kW motor giving 600 mm per second speed;
- 2 photocell protection beams;
- safety edge on all doors over 2500 mm wide.

PVC Flip Flap Doors

Galvanised framed or Stainless Steel with integral spring mechanism. Having all clear, half-and-half clear/coloured or mesh reinforced PVC leaf.
Fixing points top and bottom.
With or without matching frame for fixing.

PE Flip Flap Doors

A double action door manufactured from high density 15 mm pre-stressed polyethylene sheet, mounted in stainless steel spine which encapsulates the heavy duty spring mechanism.
Alternative models with double action "bomber" hinge, or engineering plastic hinge.
Choice of colours and vision appearance. Rubbing strip and bumpers.

PE or STAINLESS STEEL PROTECTION POSTS

Easyfix PVC Strip Curtain System

The latest system with the enclosed hanging headgear especially designed for use in food manufacturing production areas.
Canopy over fixing area to give clean finish.
