Lifting Gates and Gas Tight Doors

To allow optimum space around the opening, the Lifting Gate comes as vertical lift or with special lift rail consstruction frame.

A special frame allows a gas-tight version of the door to be used in ripening rooms.

Suitable for installation into masonry or panel walls, the door leaf comes in 80 mm to 200 mm thickness and can be used in chiller, freezer or ambient areas of warehouse, production hall or clean room.

BENEFITS - allows the maximum use of space around the opening, without conflicting with other services. Usable space each side of the opening and no door leaf protruding into the building as hinged doors.

Where ceiling construction does not allow support for doors and full vertical lifting doors cannot be used, the special stainless steel support track system needs no additional support from ceiling, no post support for the rail nor from the floor. 1000 mm headroom is all that is required. The system creates space saving at each side of the opening for more working area, when open damage to the door blade is minimised. Special seals on the door leaf make the doors suitable for clean and superclean rooms.
