DOCK LIGHTS

DOCK LIGHT - STAINLESS STEEL

Latest addition to the dock light range from Caydor which offers stainless steel brackets and fixing plate with plastic moulded head, toughened glass lens and ultra bright lamp offering a 12v solution to safety when lighting the back of the trailer unit for loading and unloading. Unit contains 240v-12v transformer, connector block and fuse.

DOCK BUMPERS

MOVING BUMPERS

Designed and built in-house. Overcomes the problems of vehicles moving up and down with the weight of forklifts loading/unloading.
Bumper moves up and down with the vehicle. Helps to eliminate bumpers being forced off the wall. This model shows the PE facing which can also be added if required at additional cost.

MOULDED BUMPERS

Models RB1018/4 - rectangular bumper with two fixing holes, being 250 mm wide by 450 mm high with a 100 mm projection.
Models RB1018-6 - generally as above but with a 150 mm projection.
Models RB1018-2 - normally used as a packer, but can be used as a reduced projection bumper, being 50 mm deep.

Other models of moulded and laminate bumper are usually readily available ex stock. Ring for details of your specific requirements.

PROTECTION POSTS - Stainless Steel

A range of posts round 110 mm diametre and 1100 mm high with square base for fixing or the smaller 80 mm diametre 400 mm high post again with a square fixing plate.

Posts are approx 1065 mm high and 120 mm diametre with 250 mm diametre base. Standard colour Yellow.

LP42 PROTECTION POSTS

Rotationally moulded from high density cross linked polyethylene the post are light yet extremely strong against traffic impact, self coloured through, can be used in hygienic areas and come with fixing plate and PE cover in matching colour.
